As described in Gretchen Stevens' description of healing each healing appointment is for one hour, of which approximately 40 to 45 minutes is actual treatment and about 15 to 20 minutes is quiet rest.

We aim to treat everyone at the point of need , regardless of their financial standing. To support this work, we raise money in the community and from charitable sources.

We ask clients, if they can, to help us by making a donation of up to £45.00 each session. The Centre's Sheila Robinson Fund was created for the benefit of those for whom for whatever reason making a contribution would be a hardship. No-one is ever turned away because they are unable to contribute, but we DO ask that people donate as much as they can honestly afford.

PLEASE NOTE: The Centre is non-residential.

Clients travelling from outside the area must make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation (although we will, of course, be happy to give advice).

We are always grateful for donations to the Centre … as a non-profit-making organization which receives NO statutory funding, we are entirely dependent on charitable donations to maintain The Open Door Fund.

For details of how to donate, please go to our Donations page.
